How many hot baths do you take per day? I fluctuate between 2-3.
I look forward to the day where I tone it down to 0, and be stinky like the rest of you.

I tried cryotherapy, was not in ice baths though. Did not work for me.
Recommendation from physiotherapist is to warm my body in hot water before doing, hence the warm baths.
