Beef stock in an hour?

Throw your beef bones & off cuts in a pressure cooker with lots of water and blast it for 55 mins.

Strain the bones out and you're good to go.

It'll be a bit thin/weak stock, so I'd probably want to reduce it by simmering with the lid off.
