I only block blatantly obscene and pornogrphic accounts that try to interact with me. I believe it is good to let everyone have a voice.
I don't have thousands of followers harrasing me though. So maybe I'll change my mind at some point.

I block accounts that are obvious impersonations attempting to score unearned zaps.
Zap simping. Sometimes I write something and then I'm like, if it sounds too nice, they might think I'm sucking up. Then I add some contention to get the "take it for what it's worth" vibes.
Then the point I was trying to make get's lost.
