Nothing special. I stored all bones and skins in freezer (chicken, pork, beef) and today I put it in pot. Slowly cooked it for 7 hours and added veggie (carrot, onion, garlic, celery, parsley,bay leaf) and cook it for another 4 hours.

When I have time and energy I cook it for 14 hours in total, but today I stared later.

Cool thanks. Always nice to know how others do it. I heard that putting a little bit of apple cider vinegar helps draw more from the bones. I haven’t looked in to it. But I do it!
