So here goes.

Basically it's a repository of photos taken by others or machines of fat people. The logic checks for approxim BMI based on height and circumference. This database is filled to the bring with pictures of fat people. Next step, make it go viral. So Fatties are checking the site or database and praying they're not in the database - but bam, facial recognition joins them with their fat photos and they are shamed.

Then people get slim. Big pharma loses money, and we all win. Clown world defeated in one fell swoop.

Thank you. So yes, the idea here is that the fatties become fearful of being "picked up" by the fat-detection systems. This will modify behavior, or the fatties will join into one colony and the ground will implode causing them to fall to the center of the earth and be redistributed as minerals.

Now we do have to solve for things like pregnancy but I imagine there's some math we can do between belly circumference, breast size and maybe some other things. This will be easy tho so nbd. What else am I missing?
