A woman I work with apologetically asked me the other day, if it had any particular dietary requirements.

Her query was due to me eating the same thing at work every day, an egg and a sandwich made with local mustard pickle, cheese and low carb, high protein bread.

I wanted to tell her it was because I'm an autistic retard, but I went with the other reason, that I'm keto. 😂 She had noticed my bizarre eating habits and had never heard of keto.
