I can’t stop thinking about how fucked up it is that a political candidate, doesn’t matter which party, was on a stage IN AMERICA and came within a literal hair of being assassinated tonight.
This is horrific. America is sick.
We all must do better.

People get killed every day, sadly. Politicians aren't any better than any of the rest if us, arguably, they are worse. This is no more sad or scary than the local houseless man getting killed by police for selling loose cigarettes, in fact, that is more scary than a presidential assassination attempt
America is not immune to politics. Almost 10% of its presidents have been murdered and others have been shot.
Progressing towards peace is a global mission for all of humanity. It’ll take time, tools and incentives to optimize our most peaceful future outcomes.
