Well, Sweden permits it though. But it is well managed.
Based on immigration levels, I’m not so sure.
I hate the immigration policies, I hate the political manipulation going on from ”Public Service” etc, but I have not observed any reason to suspect that the technical voting procedures don’t accurately count the votes. But maybe wrong.
