For all the new users (and everyone else), here are 3 really useful relays:

wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com (blastr: broadcasts notes to all major relays)

wss://purplepag.es (nostr’s purple pages: it’s a profile indexer)

wss://hist.nostr.land (profile+follows backup)

I’m not that familiar with Amethyst but there should be relay settings inside of the settings menu.
