For months I was active on X and following political discussions. Everyday more I been there and participated in discussions and commented on politicians trying to take away some more freedoms from the people, I got more and more angry and felt the need to just to insult them. So an incremental process of getting more angry, more anxious, more aggressive, more provoked and felt more the need to insult politicians.

I got 2 police reports launched from 2 high sitting politicians for hate speech and attacking political persona on internet.

One of them is fallen, secons one is about to.

Since then I deleted X and never went back there. I started using Noste more and feel that I am on the right side now. No anger feeding Algorithms anymore, no central bigtech Company who Provides all my personal to the wannabr totalitarian state authorities.
