How do you create a community group on Amethyst?

You cannot create one on Amethyst, but you can join them. You'd have to use another client.

Coracle supports it... Maybe. Not well tested, but I welcome you to try and let me know if you run into problems.
You have to use the spring app for nostr on play store or satellite.earth to create them
