Just got charged 6 sats for a 100 sat payment and, more reasonably, 8 sats for a 1000 sat one.
Splice-in/out fees are clear and *very* cheap given the state of the mempools right now.
No idea, I've got my Ln set up on BG but don't use it.
Phoenix is also pricey like that too

Pheonix is a 0.4% fixed fee with a 4 sat min.
