Yeah I was just using HIV as the worst disease I could think of. The thought experiment applies to like whatever disease people deem ridiculously dangerous and better to be extinct.

None of the common colds or things like that.

It would be cool if someone smarter than me took my idea and made it bulletproof. Like actually pheasible.
