Dude, make somehow the last outer leaf of Brussels sprout crispier while keeping inside juicy 🤌. I gotta it's been a while

Not a hard thing for me to love. I like my fried okra fried hard and crispy. I keep getting restaurant fried okra and it's just soggy and sad.

I try and make a mix of really crispy and some more on the moister side.

A brussel sprout seams like it'd give both all at once.
