I gave my theory on this in the other thread, but I have seen enough to think that planes with those numbers did take off from those airports with people on them who were all agents and/or actors and they combined along the way into one plane that landed at CLE to disembark secretly at the NASA facility. And the flight numbers were switched over to CIA jets that completed the “drill that went live”
