#plebchain iirc started as a way to discover plebs on nostr. Newjoiners would say hi and tag their post. #coffeechain comes from the early days of #nostr. Nostriches would post good mornings and share their cup of coffee with each other. Might be wrong though, I'm only on my second cup. ☕
