If you host snort on Umbrel and expose it to the clearnet(Cloudlfare Tunnel is easy, but requires a credit card) anyone can use it as a PWA.

What I meant is a bit different usecase. It is to be able to spread an app (PWA), after its hosting site is down.

But probably the easiest way is to open source it, and then even if it is taken down, anyone else can host it.

Yeah. There might be some ways to ger around this with pear, but I don't fully understand it yet.
