Had casual chit chat with a retired couple at a lunch spot.
They were Canadians and moved to Mexico two years ago. They would have moved to the US if it wasn’t for “all the Trump supporters and all the confederate flags seen around” 😂
I’ve been to the US many times and never seen either.
I just smiled, nodded, and left soon after.
I live in the South and have seen exactly 0 confederate flags.

I’ve only ever seen them in Indiana.
