Thoughts while lawn-mowing :

We have an inherent need to express ourselves.

Most people endlessly consume garbage “content” & mindless entertainment. Spending free time on social media being hypnotized. An extension of the computer algorithm.

Self-expression has largely been reduced to parroting what is being consumed. It is neither of the self, nor true expression. A feedback loop.

“Self” is no longer self-constructed. Expression is mimicry.

How do we undo this? As a father, I am deeply concerned.
