Do you ever have memories of a life that’s not yours?

I know this sounds bonkers, but bear with me.

Sometimes it’ll get triggered by a sound, a smell or something particularly lovely like the feel of the sun on the back of my neck (or all three). I’ll get a memory that will make my heart feel all funny, and just as quickly it will disappear and I’ll be wondering why I felt that way.

Just happened to me now.
