Feeling down this winter? Try this:

Honey (raw)

Garlic

Onion

Lemon juice

Ginger

Cayenne pepper

Mix it all in a jar with the garlic, onion and ginger chopped in big pieces and let it sit for a couple minutes for weeks. After that, drink a tablespoon when feeling sick or low on energy
