Replying to Avatar Terence Stamp

I only learned about Nostr yesterday and it finally seems like the system or protocol I can get behind. Huge fan of freedom of speech and systems that cannot be censored. I want to love Mastodon, but I cannot truly support it.

Which brings me to my question. Several articles I read seem to think Nostr is the platform of choice for lefties. Why would the leftist Twitter user want to begin using Nostr? You cannot block people and ideas you find "offensive" cannot be deleted.

In any case, I'm here to stay. Thank you to Jeff Berwick for bringing it to my attention.

I'd rather say NOSTR is the protocol of choice for the gigachad Ancaps, who can truly understand and appreciate what it brings to the table.

Perhaps, but I'd like to think that anyone who truly values the freedom to speak openly would love to spend time here. Such a person isn't required to be an ancap. It feels wonderful here.
