Hey hope I did the same thing. Black and white phone with no twitter. Altogether less addictive.
I am also on primal more now, but I confident that my engagement is not being optimised for. There is no advertising, so there is no value in my engagement.
The only value is in content that is of a level of quality that makes me want to pay for it. 😜
