Do you have your private key? You can try uninstalling and installing back again. This looks like an invalid storage of the preferences :(

so pra te avisar que realmente reinstalar funcionou naquele momento, agora apos algum tempo sem acessar ele voltou a fechar imediatamente

Vc está usando a versão da PlayStore, instalado através da store mesmo?
