I feel this, lol. Im ashamed to admit that I’m still rocking an old Surface Book 2 from 7+ years ago.

Anytime I doink around in VSC, have a web browser open, connected to a VPN, and stream music, the thing acts like a fat 🐢

I think I will switch to a thinkpad x13 yoga the next. Fore something up from the 2nd gen ones. I always buy a refurbished business laptop. This I can recommend

Oh nice. I didn’t think about refurbished business laptops. Where do find those sold?

Depends on where you live. eBay or specialized refurbed stores. Usually they will get sold after three years or even after two. But then you get a machine that still can last for ten years like mine. If you buy a good quality one.

This is a solid idea. I’d likely focus on reputable reseller, as I’d date to buy one that still had some corporate junk on it.

Usually they are fresh and clean when you get them.

There are enough sellers that buy them of in dozens and resell them after checking.
