Rigth. I have a mix of languages 😬

Ooooh I know what coriander is 🥹 I didn’t know it had two names though 🤔🤓🧐 intriguing, thank you hp 🙏🏽

US mainly calls it cilantro and other countries coriander 😉

👍🙏

Fresh (cilantro) vs dried (coriander) usually in N America

I forgot that. I truly prefer to cook with fresh herbs (cilantro)

I have never cooked with fresh, I would be the only one in the house to eat it unfortunately

Well has a little bit strong taste

here we say it’s good for eyesight

Is it?

yes … i still don’t have glasses being 38yo so that’s the proof of work 😉

I know that! But I love fresh herbs. So I just put them directly on my plate, on top of my food. Not perfect, but better than without

that’s how it is used… top it up on any meal

as india we add fresh coriander aka cilantro in all our meals it

That looks so much better than my chicken pie right now. Super jealous

In Peru, on some regions they mix cilantro with Cebiche.

No? I cook with both.

That sounds lovely 🤤 - sorry I got confused, it’s got two names turns out 😂🫂💜
