Imagine how much money must get traded if they didn't stop to scrutinise this one transaction properly. Nation States must be making fake money ans trading it or something.

I'd countries can't play fair, they will have to play with crypto and not play with others without crypto. And this can't happen with crypto that is traceable. Top coins are toast.
