Unfortunately I can't completely leave. My family, friends and some useful sources are still there, in FB and X, but I haven't used for many years the worst one - Instagram. It's true mouth of madness.

Curirous to know why you think Instagram is the worst one? I'm not saying its good just wondering why it's the worse.

Because Instagram is focused on visual content, all the sins of social networks are much more pronounced there. Visual content is easier to consume and harder to filter. Maybe TikTok will compete with it, but I almost never used it.
