These notes are not a problem actually. They are helpful just like the reply guy is/was helpful. It helps us improve nostr. The reason people can be tagged like this is because they are using the old unrecommended DM implementation (NIP-04) that leaks metadata. NIP-17 is the upgraded for much more private DMs, but not many clients use it yet. I'm still trying to get my head around how to implement it too.
