#gnome nailed it .. tried 43 on #debian 12 .. it is really good ... like 10x better than #mac interface .. which means it shold be 100x than #windows .... // on older machines - you may wanna give "gnome clssic on xorg" a chance ... worked wonders for me on macbook pro 11,1 ..
