Yes .. 167 dollars to move 100 :-) .. but I have no plans to accelerate anything :-)

They don’t. It says “about 29 minutes”. The statement is based on the current state of the mempool and the fact that on average every ten minutes a new block is mined.
The mempool situation can change any second and it can take excessively long to find the next block. That’s why it says roughly 30 minutes.
