Here is a small one from last year. You peel them, clean off all the goo and get out as many seeds as you can. Then you dry them. I use them to scrub dishes, sinks, tubs, humans, etc... They last FOREVER! Supposably you can eat them like zucchinis when they are really small. I tried them once and they were super bitter, so I haven't tried again.
