Ohh I see what happened. It is a reply but with the user deleted. The text saying that this is a reply only shows user mentions. I need to make the UI clearer

But I'm pretty sure that I didn't reply, I used the new note in the main feed screen.

Humm.. could it be a cached text from a reply you cancelled just before this?
