It would've been so sexy, but me and 3yo ended up in a hospital week before Christmas after we ate that long curly one. Husband possibly didn't fry it through or maybe it was pure coincidence, but since then I don't love them anymore.π
Sorry to hear that. They turn bad very quickly. We have a saying in Bavaria "they shall not her the noon bell" (as in eating them before noon). Though these days you can probably keep them in a fridge for 1-2 day but any longer isn't recommended.
Traditionally speaking, Weisswurst should be eaten before noon. π
