Yes it’s easy to get that amount for your education but before to do that not too many think of consequences afterwards. You might not be able to pay it back and then you are just fucked up

I also thought 100k a year was quite possible in the us

got it … you mean the consequence of paying back over n years

I have a pretty good job in the US and make less than 100k

I do have a degree, but it is not related to my job 🙃

Ok, so it depends … maybe my imagination is just wrong about that.

i think it's crazy anyway that you have to pay so much money for your education.

I've got a (~30k 2000s Canuck Bucks) BaFa(fuck all) in poli science. Don't speak French and the govt job I was aiming for changed its requirements in my third year of 4.

I sling parts. after 5yrs I am making what I was promised as a first year graduate. I will never see 100k until my wage is inflated.

i can at least say that i didn't have to pay anything for my time at the university to get my degree 😅

yeah, definitely not easy to make over 100k unless you are well-connected.

i would imagine that's a similar characteristic in high-earners anywhere in the world

🤷‍♂️

Median salary in U.S. is ~$60k a year. Half of Americans make less than $60k which makes the ROI of college not so compelling
