I can recommend GrapheneOS with some caveats. For one (the most annoying for me) the apps won't work that rely on Google certifying the device OS (only, the teledoc app of my health insurance). Afaik only device manufacturer get this). It can be complicated, but I guess if you think about changing your ROM you might manage.
