It might be even worse than that most people might be hooked up to the IOB without even knowing it
I really dont think that is anywhere near to being in use yet and I honestly dont think it will ever work. Sure many will die from them trying I could see, but most of their 'spooky' tech is nothing but pipe dreams with grandious promises to keep research funds coming.
