The Florida law being used to charge middle school boys who generated likenesses of classmates is some hot garbage. What the fuck is "realistic" and how the hell is "identifiable" determined?

According to the law, a sufficiently accurate hand drawn likeness could also be illegal. It will be interesting to see how this law holds up.

Humanity is so fucked.

I wonder if there’s any law against deepfake violent content. Probably A-OK to show little Johnny murdering a classmate but god forbid Jenny shows her tits.

Oh, and it’s Florida, so Jenny’s parents have probably already let her get filler injections in her face and breast implants before the age of 16 anyway.
