In general, determined Murderer’s will always find a way to murder unless they’re safely locked away in a secure cage/prison. But unfortunately even caging won’t stop the Rich/Elite murderers who can use the power/influence of their money to get others to murder for them even when locked in a cage. And yes, it’s a SAD’s way for them to murder without directly getting blood on their grubby little devilish hands.
