Maybe that's true - but indian cuisine has been influenced by so many cultures, that it's not possible to say what's only indian. Even South Indian curry uses tomatoes and chilli which were introduced to India by Portuguese/Dutch settlers
What I can say for sure is that the Indian curry made by Indians, the Indian curry made by Nepalese, and the Japanese curry were all delicious.😘
However, I feel that knowing the history of food makes it taste better when you eat it. thank you.
