If you tolerate CBD or THC well and it helps you, there is basically nothing to stop you from using it occasionally. CBD is usually unproblematic and can be effective against pain and sleep problems, while THC should be consumed with caution as it can cause side effects. In the long term, you should pay particular attention to the dosage of THC and avoid taking large amounts on a regular basis. If sleep is your main problem, a combination of CBD and melatonin could be an alternative. As long as you use it consciously and it works for you, there is no fundamental reason to worry.

What would be considered a high amount of THC?
This is coming from someone who was on dosages of “big pharma” shit that DRs said I should be dead..
Long story short - I had nerve pain from 2019 which every DR I saw couldn’t figure it out..
My left leg was useless.. so they operated on spine and 4 back surgeries later - it was scar tissue formed on a nerve in my hip which cause the pain which had fuck all to do with my back or discs which the DRs thought.. MRIs are bullshit because most people blindly trust including myself..
The DR who fixed me has been practicing for 55 years and happened to be my uncle whom I lost touch with.. 30 min op and I have never looked back but have back pain from the metal in my back constantly
Sounds like a tough odyssey. If you can tolerate all that well, then high is probably a different dimension for you than for many others. Your body seems to be used to a lot of things, so listen to your own feelings. All the best to you!
Brother, it was an absolute cluster fuck in the end!
Mindset and bitcoin helped me.. nobody should ever go through what I did - so I’ll also be talking about that on my daily video..
I wanna do a Casey Neistat of a video everyday on NOSTR showing the world living in a 3rd world country isn’t so bad 🤣🤣
