It’s my absolute favorite! The videos are short and they typically have demos with the set and reps posted so it’s easy to follow and change it up for my mood.

I don’t use TikTok or IG and Pinterest typically has videos from there so I get a variation of workouts and stretches.

Yes I don’t use Tik Toc either. My wife loves Tik Toc and I always tell her someone in China is watching her watch videos😂😂😂
