As a life long cannabis user, it's now just used as another tool to keep you poor. That's why we had legalization and not decriminalization.

Here in Michigan there is a 10% tax added to all cannabis sales.

That's a 16% total tax rate, one each purchase.

They are essentially taxing you for your addiction.

That’s why I don’t go to dispensaries

Your plugs prices are still determined by retails prices and those willing to pay the 16% tax for their addiction.

While buying from the street does "support someones family" it's often at the expense of a higher price more so than the 16% tax, making you even poorer.

But it gets worse...

Now your plug uses that money the same way, and the cycle of poor continues.

It's not called the trap for nothing.

Quit smoking weed.
