Two credit cards blocked by my bank for no reason

I am running an add on Facebook in order to get more kids in a locale soccer club. I seems to be working quite well, but it came with unforseen trouble.

My company card was blocks when Facebook billed it. I added my private card for backup, and then it was blocked too.

WHAT, is Facebook that much of a scam?

Both cards are unblocked again, but it shouldn't be required to ask for permission in order to spend your money.
