I believe that just because there are no spammers among IP addresses in Japan now, it is inevitable that there will be more such bad users in the future.

True that. It's a small set of users now .

But hope it doesn't happen 🤞🤞

(Kirino-san can check with someone-san who runs lol relay for sharing counter-spam measures)
