Definitely not a cold plunge. “Refreshing” would be a better choice of words, lol. I’m not sure you can get that cold in Costa Rica.

Living in Greece myself, I'm always looking for possibilities to practice cold exposure with the Wim Hof method in warm countries. Here we have at least high mountains, cold springs and a few winter months. But in Costa Rica and tropical countries ... it's a little tricky then and only cooling with extra energy input comes to mind so far.
