Regarding to compensation topics.
If specific top managements require unrealistic compensations, I wonder what kind of their performance should be to be equivalent to the number they asked as fair?!
Would they someday return those compensations if they failed to deliver the results?

Damn, so far I have not seen any top managers returned any compensation which they were not qualified to. What a world! 🤦♀️
