Looks nice. Price looks good to my american eyes. And local granite and marble... If I was there, I'd be learning to carve that stuff.
#madeira real estate is crazy, but what is most crazy about it is that for the price, it's actually cheap compared to the same quality of fittings in continental europe
there is a shit-ton of granite and marble produced locally here, and shitloads of wood, and as a consequence, you get stone benches and wood floors as a usual standard feature, and if not that, then at least some of the flooring is luxurious black ceramic tiles
this current listing on idealista is a case in point

now, for those who may be pondering this, this location is very out of the way, on the west/southwest edge of the island, and is not easy to get to without independent transport... a taxi from funchal will cost you about $40 one way
but when you get inside these places, the wood, the quiet, the clean air, the bbq outside, the stone benches and suchlike... crazy... probably still cheap even though the property is relatively high in demand
i like the stone benches and the wood
but it's still expensive by my measure
and the cinderblock construction is shitty acoustics, even if they make the nice floor
and madeirans, especially on the populous south, are noisy bastards, so, it's not peaceful unless you are far out like this example, and even then, they are often noisy from time to time, but it's not so bad having some rock and roll playing once a month out of your neighbour on a friday night or at some hall across the valley (the valleys are echoey because of the stone, of course)
anyway... i don't mind it, i'm just used to balkans standart... cheaper, like 1/4, and better food, better transport
i miss balkans
