#[0] What is the difference between the “relays” field under “people”, and the “relays” field at the bottom? Also, why are the relays listed in the “people” field designated with 4 digit numbers rather than their wss urls?

Relay field in event/people is list of relay ids where that kind0/kind1 were seen. Below is the map of id - relay. Ids are used instead of urls to save bandwidth.
