Trump signed a directive for U.S. intelligence agencies to declassify and release information about "unidentified aerial phenomena" (UAPs). This led to the release of some Pentagon reports and videos showing encounters with UAPs

However, Trump himself occasionally hinted at having knowledge about UFOs and extraterrestrial-related matters. For example, in interviews, he teased that he had been briefed on certain topics, such as the Roswell incident, but he never released significant additional classified material related to UFOs.

His decision to withhold further details might have been due to national security concerns.

As far as I can tell there is no evidence that #Trump signed the directive you’re referring to. Although he signed the $2.3 trillion COVID-19 relief and government funding bill, which included a provision that gave the intelligence agencies 180 days to deliver an unclassified report on #UFOs.
